Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or rectification.

Further refund is only eligible from the date of purchase before receipt of second draft. In other words customer is eligible for full refund if he doesn’t like the first draft shown to him/her. Your opinion should reach us within 48 hours of receipt of the draft.

We work in coordination with you and as per the data and documents submitted by yourself. We don’t kind of delay occurred in completition of your order. And we are also not liable to any loss or damage caused to anyone using our services/products. We never guarantee result of use of any of our services/products.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
